Antoine and Virginie, it begins as in a magical fairy tale, a story of passion and truth, set in the foothills of the Côte d’Azur where, due to the mild micro-climate the perfumery business flourishes thanks to the cultivation of aromatic plants.

Antoine’s grandfather is « commissionnaire en fleurs », buyer from the local flower growers for the perfume makers of Grasse and Vence. Specialised in Orange Blossom, it is this sweet scented flower that nourishes Antoine‘s childhood. Virginie’s family is also deeply rooted in this landscape of colours and fragrances.

Life brings Antoine and Virginie together, led by their willingness to start their own business. In 1998 they create their own trademark « Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger ». As lovers of beautiful and good things it’s firstly an « épicerie fine », a delicatessen, that they open in Vence. An opportunity to propose fine gifts to those with gourmet tastes, transmitting the Côte d’Azur art of living.

Their work gives life to a range of specialty products in the flavours of Provence. Later follows a line of cosmetics and fragrances based on the pure and authentic floral notes that are so representative of the flowers that are grown in the Provencal landscape.

Passionate about style, Virginie links the present day to their family history in creating delicious gift compositions which evoke the art of good living in Provence.
