Discover the French Riviera Style of living.

Au Pays de la Fleur d'Oranger gives to life tasting workshop for DMC and companies. A tasting workshop can light up a cocktail, a dinner, a coffe break...

The objective is to cultivate with the guests the French Riviera style of living thanks to those regional workshops. They are participative and ares lighted up by a well-skilled team

Our offers are customized and studied functions of clients imperatives. Prices depend on the perormance requested.

Several workshops can be coordinate:

Olive oil discovery

Tasting of different kind of olive oil (Basil, spicy, herbs from Provence, ceps & truffles, AOC from Nice…) on piece of bread.
The guest will have to guess the main component in each oil.
This workshop is a real discovery of the south emblem.
While tasting, the presenter explains the olive oil steps of making and answers to questions.



Cooking black tapenade (black olives puree)

This workshop invites participants to discover secrets from black tapenade preparation, creating themselves their own tapenade, using a mortar and a pestle, and different ingredients available.
Thanks to their own culinary skills and to their good will, guests will be able to take on this challenge.



Tasting Aperitives from Provence

This workshop is devoted for tasting Aperitive from Provence. Guests will taste home made pastis, orange wine, lemon wine...Olfactory sense will be called upon for a bling taste of syrup from Provence. (orange blossom, violet, lavender...



Dégustation Sucré Salé

Salted:
Tasting of som of the Provence culinary specialties such as Aubergine's caviar, anchovy caviar, black tapenade, dried tomatoes pulp...
Each attendee will discover typicall South products on pieces of bread.

Sweetened:
Attendees will enjoy sweetened Provence Spécialities, tating candied rose's petals, candied violets nougat, calisson.
A veritable delicacies call.



Scents from Provence Discovery


On this workshop, attendees will be lead up to smell perfumes extracts from Grasse, such as lavender, orange blossom, rose, jasmine....They will also have to discover ingredients of herbs from Provence: rosemary, basil, thyme....



Each workshop is a senses amazement, discovering scents and flavours from Provence.
